FAQ

Answers before you commit.

The questions we hear most from homeowners planning a project.

Will my home stay clean during the project?

Yes. We protect finishes, contain dust where possible, and sweep the site daily. When the crew leaves, the space is organized — not chaotic. The goal is to make it easy for your family to keep living in the home while we work.

Will I know what is happening throughout the project?

Always. Adam sends regular updates by text or email, and you'll never be surprised by a change without hearing about it first. Big decisions get walked through together, in person or on the phone.

Can I supply my own materials?

In most cases, yes. Materials should be complete, compatible with the project, undamaged, and on site before install day. We're happy to review your selections and flag anything that might create a problem before it costs you time or money.

How are changes handled once we've started?

Any change to the scope is written up, priced, and approved before it happens. No surprise line items on your final invoice — ever. If a hidden condition is uncovered mid-project, we stop, document it, and walk you through options.

Do you communicate throughout the project?

Consistently. Adam is your single point of contact from estimate through final walkthrough — same person, same phone number, same email. You'll never be handed off to a project manager you've never met.

Do you provide free estimates?

Initial site visits and standard estimates are free. Complex projects that need design, engineering, or permit documentation may include a paid planning phase — but you'll always know before any cost is incurred.

Do you handle permits and specialty trades?

Yes. Where a project needs a permit, engineering, or licensed electrical / plumbing / HVAC, we coordinate with vetted trades and include the scope in your written estimate.

Do you warranty the work?

Workmanship terms are written into every project agreement. Product and material warranties are provided by the manufacturer, and we help you register them where applicable.
